Your Visible Changes Visit

At visiblechanges our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and professional excellence. visiblechanges is committed to setting and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in the beauty care industry.

The following information is provided to ensure we meet your needs and the needs of all our guests to obtain the maximum benefits from their beauty, skin or laser experience.

Respect for the following guidelines will ensure a pleasant environment is maintained at visiblechanges.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Suggested arrival time – For your first visit we require that you arrive 15- 20 minutes earlier for your facial, body care or laser hair experience to fill out your personal profile, undertake a consultation and allow you time to change and relax. Subsequent visits require you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the commencement of your treatment, to allow time to change and relax and treatments must finish at our scheduled time, this way we can provide for your complete treatment.
  • Health requests – We recommend you drink plenty of water before and after any body treatment, massage therapy, we also recommend a time lapse of one hour after meals before any of these services are undertaken, and that you do not participate in any vigorous activity for at least one hour after.
  • For your protection and health – We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescribed medication you are taking as some of our services may be contra-indicated and not suitable.
  • Attire – Various treatments require various levels of undress. Your therapist will take you to your personal locker and then to a change room where you will be advised on what kind of clothing are to be left on. As it is necessary to wear underwear for all body treatments, for your hygiene and convenience, we can provide disposable g-strings or you are welcome to bring a change of underwear or swimsuit. During most body services, for your modesty your body is warmly draped at all times and only the specific body area being worked on is exposed.
  • Cancellation Policy – We operate a busy beauty salon and all our appointments are precious.  If you arrive late we will still finish your treatment on scheduled time so that other clients are not inconvienced, while the treatment fee remains unchanged.  We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule, we kindly ask that you respect our time as it has been especially reserved for you, and notify us 24 hours prior so that we can reallocate this time to another client.  Any cancellation or rescheduling with less than 4 hours notice, or not showing up for an appointment will result in the treatment being charged or the gift voucher becoming void.  Please be aware that confirming an appointment at visiblechanges is an acknowledgement of these terms and we sincerely appreciate your consideration.  These terms will only be waived in extraordinary circumstances.
  • Appointment Policy – To ensure your service when you request it and with whom you wish, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon. We request that you provide a day telephone number so that we can contact you with a reminder and confirmation call 24 hours before. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking any services 1 hour or longer.
  • Mobile Phones – Because you have entered an environment of relaxation and serenity, to ensure that a pleasant environment is maintained for all guests, we ask that all mobile phones are turned off. Guests can arrange with reception to be paged for urgent messages. We thank you for your cooperation and consideration.
  • Gift Vouchers – No shopping required! You’ll be giving more than a gift – but an experience. May we suggest our unique gift certificates as an ideal year round solution for any special occasion or thank you.  The most wonderful gift of love is that which nurtures the well-being of the receiver. Our gift certificates are available for any service, spa package of monetary value and are beautifully gift boxed.  They can be arranged by phone and delivered by post or couriered for your convenience to the lucky recipient.  Payment is accepted by cash, cheque and all credit cards.
  • Gratuities Policy – Your personal recommendation is our best reward.
